In 2015, Five Wells Construction acquired a large, underutilized corporate campus with a single tenant using only a portion of the 250,000 square foot facility, with approximately 40 acres of additional undeveloped land. Following a complex land swap agreement, entitlement process, land subdivision, and site plan approvals, Five Wells created a multi-tenant, 550,000 square foot industrial park on 95 acres. The centerpiece of the park is a new, 300,000 square foot, state-of-the-art, distribution facility designed to meet the needs of ecommerce and last mile distribution users.
